Gear Up Sports Complex (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our booking site, why we collect it, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect

• Account details — your full name and email address when you create an account.
• Contact number — a mobile number, if you provide one, so our staff can reach you about a booking.
• Booking activity — the courts, sessions, dates, and amounts of the reservations you make.
• Payment reference — a transaction reference from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or e-wallet credentials.

Why we collect it

• To create and manage your account and reservations.
• To confirm payments and send booking confirmations and reminders.
• To operate the facility and contact you about your bookings.

Who we share it with

We use PayMongo to process payments and Resend to send email. These providers act as our processors and receive only the data needed to perform those services. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and booking records for as long as your account is active and as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights
