Liability Waiver

Please read carefully. By booking and using the facilities at Gear Up Sports Complex, you agree to this waiver on your own behalf and for any minor in your care.

Assumption of risk

Pickleball, court sports, and related activities involve inherent risks, including physical contact, falls, collisions, equipment failure, and the risk of injury or, in rare cases, worse. You understand these risks and choose to participate voluntarily.

Fitness to play

You confirm that you are physically able to take part in the activities you book, and that you will stop and seek help if you feel unwell. If you have a medical condition, you play at your own discretion.

Release of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Gear Up Sports Complex, its owners, staff, and agents from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the facilities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Rules and safety

You agree to follow posted house rules, use appropriate footwear and equipment, and comply with staff instructions at all times.

By agreeing to this waiver during sign-up, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
