Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Gear Up Sports Complex booking site and your reservations. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them.

Bookings and holds

When you reserve a court or Open Play slot, we hold it for a limited window shown on the reservation screen. If payment is not completed within that window, the hold expires and the slot is released for others.

Payment

You may pay online through our payment processor or at the counter (cash, GCash, Maya, or card). A booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

Cancellations and refunds

• You may cancel a paid booking and receive a full refund up to 2 hours before its start time.
• Within 2 hours of the start time, and for no-shows, bookings are non-refundable. To cancel inside this window, please contact our staff.
• Refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

Conduct and court rules

Use the facilities safely and follow posted house rules and staff instructions. We may cancel a booking or refuse service for unsafe or disruptive behavior. Physical activity carries inherent risk — see our Liability Waiver.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
